Who we are (And why you'll love us)
At Penrith City Council, our Children's Services team is passionate about delivering exceptional early childhood education while creating environments where children, families and educators thrive.
As our services continue to grow, so does our commitment to inclusion and specialist support. Our expanding Inclusion Specialist team brings together expertise across Inclusion, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy and Behaviour Support, working collaboratively to strengthen educator capability and improve outcomes for children and families.
You will join an experienced and supportive leadership team that values innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement. We celebrate success together, invest in professional development and encourage new ideas that make a meaningful difference in our community.
If you are looking for an opportunity to use your specialist expertise while influencing inclusive practice across one of the largest local government Children's Services networks in NSW, you will feel right at home with us.
