The Role

We're seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our expanding Darwin team. Backed by a strong pipeline of secured work, you'll play a key role in leading diverse complex and meaningful projects from planning through to completion.

• Lead diverse, high-profile projects across the Northern Territory.
• Work directly with Directors and key decision-makers (no layers, no politics)
• Lead multiple projects through all phases of delivery.
• Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and key stakeholders.
• Manage programme, cost, quality and project risk.
• Provide strategic advice throughout project planning and delivery.
• Mentor and support junior team members.
• Contribute to business development and the continued growth of D&P Management.

What you bring

• 8+ years experience in civil/building/infrastructure projects
• Relevant tertiary qualification (Construction, Engineering or Architecture)
• Strong stakeholder and project management capability
• A proactive, collaborative Team Player who takes ownership, shows initiative, and thrives in complex project environments
• Commercial awareness and delivery focus
• Demonstrated technical understanding of construction projects civil and building
