About The Role

Are you a compassionate and reliable Personal Care Worker who thrives in a calm, focused night‑shift environment? Join

Golden Aged Care Service in Southport, where your support helps ensure, our residents feel safe, comfortable and well‑cared for around the clock.

As a Personal Care Worker, you'll play a vital role in maintaining residents' wellbeing throughout your journey — providing thoughtful personal care, assisting with late‑evening and early‑morning routines, monitoring safety and comfort, and responding promptly to resident needs.

Essential

Ideally, you will have:

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent
• Demonstrated experience providing direct care within an aged care environment
• Intermediate computer skills (e.g. Outlook, internet-based systems)
• National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
• Australian Work Rights (Sponsorship unavailable for this role)

Desirable

• HLTHPS006 - Assist Clients with Medication
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
