The Opportunity

We're looking for an organised and proactive Traffic Control Scheduler to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly by coordinating bookings, scheduling Traffic Controllers, allocating equipment, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and field staff.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Coordinate and manage traffic control bookings
  • Schedule and roster Traffic Controllers to meet project requirements
  • Allocate traffic management vehicles and equipment
  • Ensure all bookings meet compliance, licensing, induction, and fatigue management requirements
  • Fill urgent shifts and emergency call-outs when required
  • Confirm permits, TGSs, and project documentation are in place before mobilisation
  • Build strong relationships with clients through regular communication and support
  • Collaborate with supervisors, project teams, and field staff
  • Support a strong safety-first culture across all operations

About You

  • Experience in scheduling, rostering, workforce planning, or traffic management operations
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Experience with Traffio or similar workforce management systems (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Solid computer and administrative skills
  • Flexible availability to support operational requirements when needed
