WSP’s Building Services team in Darwin is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced

Electrical Engineer at Associate to Associate Director level to support a strong pipeline of defence, commercial and infrastructure projects. This is a key leadership role within a close-knit team, offering the opportunity to shape project delivery locally while being supported by WSP’s national and global network.

The role

You will play a leading role in delivering projects and strengthening our presence in the Northern Territory.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Leading electrical design across defence, commercial and infrastructure projects
• Managing project delivery, including programme, financials and client outcomes
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Supporting business development and identifying new opportunities
• Mentoring and developing engineers within the team
• Collaborating with national teams to bring specialist capability into local projects

About You

• Electrical Engineering degree (or equivalent)
• Strong experience within building services consultancy
• Proven leadership experience across project delivery and client management
• Experience working on defence or secure projects is highly regarded
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to contribute to business growth
• Australian Citizenship (essential)
