About The Role

As a Registered Nurse in Home Care, you will deliver person-centred clinical nursing care to clients in their homes, working collaboratively to support their wellbeing, independence, and quality of life. This may include nursing assessments, medication management, wound care, chronic disease management, continence and catheter care, clinical monitoring, documentation, and collaboration with families, GPs, and allied health professionals.

We pay in accordance with the Nurses Award and are committed to supporting and valuing our nursing team through fair conditions, ongoing professional support, and a positive, respectful workplace.

About You

We are seeking Registered Nurses who are compassionate, clinically skilled, and community-minded, with a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care in the home and community setting.
