The Influencer and Social Media Team drives the organisation’s online presence by creating engaging content, managing social channels, and developing relationships with influencers to expand reach and strengthen brand visibility. The team monitors trends, responds to audience activity, and analyses performance data to optimise campaigns and ensure consistent, high-quality digital communication that supports organisational objectives.

The Influencer and Social Media Team drives the organisation’s online presence by creating engaging content, managing social channels, and developing relationships with influencers to expand reach and strengthen brand visibility. The team monitors trends, responds to audience activity, and analyses performance data to optimise campaigns and ensure consistent, high-quality digital communication that supports organisational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Platform-Specific Content Creation
• Lead end-to-end organic social content, improving volume, quality, and platform fit.
• Create platform-native content: TikTok (trend/UGC), Instagram (video + education), Facebook (educational + promotional).
• Support paid campaigns with complementary organic assets.
• Turn strategy into engaging, high-performing content.
UGC & In-House Content Growth
• Scale UGC-style content to meet brand and supplier needs.
• Strengthen in-house production to create flexible, reusable assets.
• Diversify talent and content styles to boost reach and relevance.
• Manage and grow in-store talent pipeline for scalable content creation.
Events, PR & Partnerships
• Partner on social plans for key events and campaigns.
• Provide on-the-ground creative direction and capture platform-first content.
• Deliver fast-turnaround content to maximise engagement.
Campaigns & Evergreen Content
• Build and maintain evergreen content libraries.
• Increase content output and variety to improve campaign performance.
Who are we looking for?
Education / Experience
- A degree level tertiary qualification
- 3 years in this level of position or field of work
- Professional work experience in the Healthcare industry
Knowledge and Skills
Mandatory
- Highly developed organisational and planning skills
- Highly developed attention to detail skills
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
- Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Highly developed time management skills
- Cap Cut editing proficiency
- Content conceptualising, filming, editing and script development
