POSITION

The Mortgage Broker position will work alongside our Property Investment Company which currently experiencing unprecedented growth. For this reason, we are seeking a mortgage broker with strong property investment sales experience to join our existing team. You will be part of a high performing successful team with an existing winning culture. We offer a guaranteed base salary plus commissions on every loan you write. A competitive base salary along with a bonus structure based on performance is on offer with future equity options are available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for identifying the needs of our clients, sourcing appropriate lending options, conducting credit assessments, and maintaining accurate records and client documentation. You will be provided with qualified leads, in addition to being able to source leads, which you will be required to convert into sales, quickly build and maintain referral relationships with clients and refer these clients to the Property Investment arm of Wealth For Life.

Requirements

• 7 years plus Mortgage Broking Experience.
• Suitably qualified with a Certificate IV / Diploma in Financial Services / Mortgage Broking.
• MFAA / FBAA Member.
• Communication and computer literacy skills must be of a high standard.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Someone who can get results and get them fast.
• Must be able to work well under pressure.
• Must have full working rights and be able to pass a National Australian Police Check.

Skills

• You must have 7 years plus experience in Mortgage Broking.
• You must be a current Accredited Mortgage Consultant (AMC) or a Certified Mortgage Consultant (CMC).
• You will have a Cert IV in Mortgage Broking with your mentorship program completed.
• Previous experience in property investment or commercial lending would be highly regarded.
• High attention to detail, with the ability to follow up on all leads within 24-48 hours.
• Strong knowledge of the lending process with the ability to identify mortgaging opportunities.
• Strong skills in converting leads and enquiries into deals.
• You will be well presented with excellent written and verbal skills.
• Current driver's license & a reliable car.
• Team player.

This is full-time Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, with additional hours/times and might require some travel. Wealth For Life is an equal opportunity employer.
