The Opportunities

Our award-winning and highly established home building clients due to continued growth into 2026 are now looking to hire experienced home building Pre-Site & On-Site Coordinators into their growing customer service teams.

Locations available now include all areas of Brisbane in the North, West and South.

Key Responsibilities Of The Roles

  • Pre-site and On-site coordination of client files
  • Completing Permit and Council applications
  • Maintain a professional approach in all dealings with the client, face to face, verbal or written
  • Ensure all conditions in the Building Contract are met
  • Record and maintain accurate and appropriate client discussions and information
  • Conduct follow-up calls when required
  • Follow up Finance approvals and ensure deposits have been arranged.
  • Follow up Land settlements and ensure this is clearly documented within ClickHome.
  • Follow up Developer Approvals as required to ensure timeframes are met

Role Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in a pre-site and/or on-site client liaison role for clients building a home
  • Proven time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple conflicting tasks and projects
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to learn new systems and software
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
