TAG have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Plastic Blow Moulding Technician to join a respected and innovative manufacturing organisation based in Forrestfield, WA. This role offers consistent hours, competitive pay, and the opportunity to work within a supportive and high-performing team environment.

You will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of plastic extrusion and blow moulding machinery, ensuring product quality and maintaining production efficiency.

Shifts Available

12-hour rotating roster - day and night shifts night (7am to 7pm / 7pm to 7am)

Must be available for both day and night shift

Approx. 36–48 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor plastic extrusion and blow moulding machinery
  • Set up and adjust production lines to meet specifications
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
  • Troubleshoot minor mechanical and process issues
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
  • Complete production documentation and data entry
  • Operate a forklift (twin Tyne preferred, if licensed)

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in plastic extrusion (essential)
  • Experience in blow moulding (essential)
  • Forklift Licence (or willingness to obtain)
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and quality focus
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team
  • Ability to pass pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol testing
