This is a full-time apprenticeship leading to your Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration — a nationally recognised trade qualification and a licence pathway that sets you up for life. No experience needed, just the right attitude and a keenness to learn.

You'll work alongside experienced installers on real jobs from day one — homes, businesses and new builds — in a tight, supportive team where you're known by name, not treated as a number. Role Description

As an installation apprentice, you'll learn the trade properly — hands-on, on real jobs, guided by installers who genuinely want to see you get qualified and go far.

What you'll be doing

• Working alongside experienced installers on jobs across Sydney and surrounds
• Installing split systems, ducted systems and light commercial units
• Getting hands-on with pipework, brazing, wiring, mounting and commissioning
• Learning to read plans and set up jobs correctly
• Building the skills to eventually run your own jobs as a licensed tradesperson

Required Skills

• Reliable and punctual — you turn up and you turn up on time
• A positive attitude and genuine willingness to learn
• Happy to work with your hands and get stuck in
• Physically fit and comfortable with ladders, roofs and lifting
• Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Good communication and a respectful, professional manner around customers

No prior experience is required — the right attitude matters most.

Preferred Skills

A current driver's licence a big plus, as jobs are spread across Sydney and surrounds

Any construction, trade or hands-on experience school-based, work experience or otherwise

A White Card, or willingness to obtain one before starting

Basic knowledge of hand and power tools

An interest in air conditioning.

Strong problem-solving and a good eye for detail.

These are not a must, but preferred.
