Maintenance Team Member - Cairns

Landscape maintenance team member working on high-end residential properties.

Benchmark has fantastic properties that you will be maintaining and redesigning at times. Responsibilities include selective pruning and hedging, lawn care, irrigation, planting, and general horticultural maintenance.

You will also have the opportunity to assist with landscape construction as part of your role. As a Benchmark team member, we all pitch in across the board when needed.

No weekend work – we're too busy fishing, diving on the reef, or camping and exploring in the north.

Experience in garden maintenance with horticultural knowledge, and a willingness to learn, would be advantageous.
