The People & Culture (P&C) team provides expert advice, coaching, and person-centred support to employees and leaders across a wide range of P&C matters. We pride ourselves on being a trusted, responsive and values-based team, partnering with our people who provide industry leading health care and support services to our diverse community.
We're looking for an experienced People & Culture Business Partner who enjoys solving complex workforce challenges, building trusted relationships, and helping leaders create positive, high-performing teams.
You'll partner with managers to:
- Deliver practical and compliant HR advice
- Manage complex employee relations and workplace issues
- Lead investigations, complaints and performance matters
- Support organisational change initiatives
- Build leadership capability and strengthen team performance
- Contribute to workforce planning and strategic P&C projects
- Identify and mitigate people-related risks

Are you an experienced HR professional who enjoys solving complex people challenges and influencing positive workplace outcomes? If so, we'd love to hear from you.
You'll have:
- Strong generalist HR experience across the employee lifecycle
- Proven success managing complex employee and industrial relations matters
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Sound judgement and the ability to balance people, risk and business outcomes
- A practical, solutions-focused approach with a strong customer mindset
In this role, you'll be a trusted advisor to leaders, providing expert guidance on workforce matters and helping create a positive, inclusive and high-performing workplace. You'll enjoy tackling complex issues, influencing outcomes and making a real impact across the organisation
The fine print
- Successful candidates will be required to undergo a National Police Check, International Police Check (if applicable), hold a valid WWCC and NDIS Clearance Check.
- Full driver license and travel between sites is required.
