To Succeed In This Role, You'll Need

• Extensive experience in a similar management role with a focus on team development and budget management
• Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders and contribute to strategic planning
• Experience in managing municipal services in remote locations and overseeing commercial contracts
• Provide expert advice and support to the Director Service Centre Delivery and Executive Leadership Team
• Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is adaptable, collaborative, and passionate about making a difference.
