AI Hospitality Solutions is looking for a reliable

Houseman / Public Area Attendant to join our team at the Canterbury International Hotel in Forest Hill, one of the newest hotels in the AI Hospitality Solutions portfolio.

This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone who enjoys staying active, takes pride in presenting a hotel to a high standard and is happy to jump in wherever needed. You’ll primarily look after the hotel’s public areas while supporting the housekeeping team and some room servicing during busy periods.

Experience is preferred but not essential—if you have a great attitude and strong work ethic, we’ll provide the training.

About The Role

• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all public areas
• Support room attendants with linen, stock and housekeeping duties
• Assist with servicing guest rooms when required
• Ensure housekeeping storerooms are clean, organised and well stocked
• Deliver friendly, helpful service to guests and colleagues

• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Physically fit and comfortable with a hands-on role
• Takes pride in attention to detail
• Enjoys working as part of a team
• Lives locally or can easily travel to Forest Hill
