Business Analyst - Identity Access Management

• ICT Business Analyst | Identity, Authorization and Authentication
• Initial 12-month contract with 1 x 12-month extension option
• Australian Citizenship required with the ability to obtain NV1 Security Clearance

The Role

An exciting opportunity exists for a Senior Business Analyst to support the future direction of identity and access management capabilities within a major national digital transformation program. Working alongside multidisciplinary delivery teams, you will translate complex business problems into practical, user-focused solutions that improve identity proofing, authentication and authorisation capabilities.

Your Duties Will Include

• Lead business analysis activities including process mapping, redesign and requirements elicitation
• Facilitate workshops and engage with business and technical stakeholders across multiple disciplines
• Develop functional and non-functional requirements to support solution delivery
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, service designers and testing teams
• Manage competing priorities while maintaining high-quality analysis and documentation

Skills And Experience

• Demonstrated experience as an ICT Business Analyst
• Strong stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation and communication skills
• Experience producing business process maps, journey maps and other analysis artefacts
• Demonstrated experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across complex projects
• Experience working within Australian Government environments
• Experience working across multidisciplinary Agile delivery teams
• Experience with Identity & Access Management, Digital Identity, Authentication or Authorisation
