The practice: Wickham Terrace Clinical Psychology is a boutique private practice in Spring Hill, Brisbane, delivering compassionate, evidence-based care across anxiety, mood, trauma, adjustment and complex mental health presentations. Whether you’re completing your registrar program or you’re an experienced clinical psychologist seeking a more supportive home, we offer a high-calibre, collegiate environment where quality care and clinician wellbeing genuinely coexist.

We’re recruiting at two levels

• Psychologist / Clinical Psychology Registrar — generally registered and for those working towards endorsement, fully funded individual supervision ($120,000–$130,000 + 12% super).

• Endorsed Clinical Psychologist — six or more years’ post-qualification experience ($140,000–$160,000 + 12% super).

What you’ll do

• Deliver psychological assessment and therapy with a diverse client group

• Receive paid, protected, Board-approved supervision

• Take part in peer consultation and ongoing professional development

• Build your caseload with clinical and administrative support

• Contribute to service innovation and client-experience initiatives

What you’ll bring

• Full registration as a psychologist with AHPRA - Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology preferred

• A Medicare provider number, or willingness to obtain one

• Competence across a range of modalities such as CBT, Schema Therapy, IPT, DBT, ACT, EFT, Compassion-Focused Therapy and mindfulness-based interventions

• Interest or training in schema therapy, family systems, psychodynamic psychotherapy or attachment-focused approaches

• A warm, client-centred approach and the ability to work autonomously while contributing to peer supervision and team life

• Registrars: eligibility for the Clinical Psychology Registrar Program.

Experienced clinicians: endorsement in Clinical Psychology and six or more years’ experience.

Your package

• Base salary $120,000–$160,000 + 12% superannuation, aligned to your level and experience

• Fully funded Board-approved supervision — with a salary review on endorsement for registrars

• A manageable caseload of 5–6 clients per day

• Hybrid option if desired; modern, peaceful consulting rooms on Wickham Terrace

• CPD allowance, weekly peer consultation, admin support and career mentoring
