Retail Supervisor

$32.00 / hour + 12% Super

The Position

  • Lead the food services operation on site
  • Lead a small team of cooks and catering assistants
  • Maintain food safety and allergen documentation
  • Showcase excellent time management skills
  • Maintaining the service area to high standards
  • Responsible for the ordering of stock and supplies

The Person

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role leading a team
  • A passion for food and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in leading a team
  • Strong knowledge of Food safety and allergen management
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Hold a Working with Children Check, or ability to obtain one
