About The Role

We are seeking an experienced

Estimator to join a busy commercial construction team based in Loganholme. The role will see you responsible for preparing accurate tenders, managing subcontractor pricing, and contributing to the success of projects across sectors including education, health, retail, and industrial.

This is a Monday-Friday role, with work primarily from head office alongside site inspections and tender review meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, tender submissions, and bills of quantities
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers for pricing and scope clarifications
• Conduct site inspections and participate in tender review meetings
• Identify risks and provide value-engineering solutions
• Maintain tender databases and reporting through MSP and related systems
• Work closely with Directors and Project Managers to support bid strategies

About You

• Minimum 3+ years' experience as an Estimator within commercial construction/fit-out
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and trade pricing
• Proficient in tendering systems and Microsoft Project (MSP)
• Excellent communication skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet strict deadlines
• Based in Brisbane/Loganholme or able to commute daily
