We're Looking For

An emerging Assistant Development Manager ready to join a live project at a pivotal stage and build a long-term career in property development.

What You’ll Do

• Step into a live apartment development at a pivotal stage, gaining hands on exposure from planning through to delivery
• Support the Development Manager to deliver projects aligned to strategy, vision and financial targets, driving strong commercial and customer outcomes
• Partner across internal teams and external stakeholders to progress approvals, manage risk and keep delivery on track in line with Stockland’s standards
• This is a permanent role within the Development team, contributing directly to Stockland’s purpose of creating thriving communities and delivering sustainable, commercially successful projects

About You

You are passionate about property development and creating places that have a lasting positive impact. You thrive in collaborative environments where you can learn, contribute, and grow your career. You are looking for a role that offers hands on project experience, stakeholder exposure, and the opportunity to build strong foundations in development.

Experience & Skills That Count

• Tertiary qualifications in Property, Development or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
• 2 to 3 years' experience in property development or a related field
• Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Foundational knowledge of financial management, contracts, and planning and approvals processes
• Current driver’s licence
