The role will suit an experienced SailPoint specialist who can support complex integration and identity lifecycle requirements.

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior SailPoint IIQ Engineer / SME with deep expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ to lead and support complex identity and access management initiatives.

You will work across enterprise application integrations, custom connector development, provisioning workflows, user lifecycle automation, and advanced SailPoint configuration to support secure and efficient access management outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration of downstream enterprise applications into SailPoint IIQ.
• Architect and deploy custom connectors for target systems without native SailPoint support, using Java and the open connector framework.
• Integrate modern SaaS and custom-built applications using REST/SOAP APIs, WSDLs, OAuth 2.0, API keys, and basic authentication.
• Configure JDBC connectors to extract, aggregate, and provision user data and entitlements across SQL databases including Oracle, MySQL, and SQL Server.
• Write and modify complex BeanShell/Java scripts, custom workflows, and rules for provisioning, correlation, and SailPoint customisation.
• Automate Joiner, Mover, and Leaver processes to ensure accurate access and provisioning from day one.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong SailPoint IIQ development experience.
• Deep expertise as a Senior SailPoint Engineer working with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Strong Java and BeanShell scripting experience. ,
• Experience developing custom connectors using the open connector framework.
• Strong API integration experience across REST, SOAP, WSDLs, OAuth 2.0, API keys, and basic authentication.
• Experience configuring JDBC connectors across Oracle, MySQL, and SQL Server environments.
• Strong knowledge of provisioning, correlation, custom workflows, and advanced SailPoint rules.
• Foundational knowledge of Web Services, REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML.

Desirable Experience

• Familiarity with IAM protocols such as LDAP, Active Directory, SCIM, SAML, and OpenID Connect.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale identity lifecycle processes, including Joiner, Mover, and Leaver automation.
• Strong communication, documentation, troubleshooting, and stakeholder engagement skills, consistent with the key attributes section used in
