WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

As a Sales Associate, you will work closely with a Lead Agent, supporting the full sales lifecycle while developing your own skills in listing, negotiation, and client management.

You will:

• Assist with property appraisals and listing presentations
• Conduct buyer inspections and open homes
• Manage buyer enquiries and follow up leads
• Support the end-to-end sales process from listing to settlement
• Build relationships with vendors and prospective buyers
• Prospect for new business opportunities (calls, door knocking, networking)
• Maintain accurate records within CRM systems
• Assist with marketing campaigns and property listings

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE…..

• Minimum 2+ Years of experience in real estate sales, leasing, or a customer-facing sales role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A driven, proactive attitude with a desire to succeed in sales
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Professional presentation and strong work ethic
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Certificate of Registration (NSW) or Real Estate Licence
• Full working rights in Australia

IT’S NICE TO HAVE….

• Experience working within a high-performing real estate office
• Strong local market knowledge
• Proven experience in lead generation or sales environments
