Your new role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented Senior Associate to join a well-established construction disputes practice with a strong reputation for delivering great outcomes across construction disputes, regulatory matters and complex risk advisory work.
Working closely with respected senior lawyers and industry-leading clients, you will be exposed to a diverse and interesting mix of disputes, litigation and advisory matters across a range of sectors including construction, infrastructure, insurance, government and commercial business.
This role offers significant client exposure, hands-on responsibility and the opportunity to work on complex, high-value matters from inception through to resolution.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this position, you will ideally have:
- Admitted to practice as a lawyer in Australia
- 5+ years' post-admission experience gained within a reputable construction disputes practice.
- Excellent technical legal skills and drafting ability.
- Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving capability.
- The ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- A collaborative approach and desire to contribute to a positive team culture.
