We are looking for a Property Assistant to support our Sydney South portfolio.

This role will work closely with the Property, Asset and Portfolio Management teams, providing hands-on support across day-to-day portfolio administration, lease documentation, customer correspondence and site activity.

It’s a great opportunity for someone who is close to completing a property-related degree and wants practical exposure to commercial and industrial property management while building technical knowledge, confidence and long-term career foundations.

We’re open to this role being worked four days per week, making it well suited to someone balancing study with hands-on industry experience.

Day-to-day

  • Support the administration and management of commercial leases across the Sydney South portfolio
  • Assist with preparing lease administration documentation, correspondence and internal memos
  • Help prepare presentations, reports and property information for internal and external stakeholders
  • Upload and manage documentation through DocuSign and internal systems
  • Support arrears follow-up, customer correspondence and general portfolio administration
  • Attend customer meetings, site inspections and portfolio meetings alongside senior team members
  • Build an understanding of commercial terms, lease processes, market reviews and make-good settlements
  • Work with Finance, Operations, Legal and Marketing teams to support smooth portfolio delivery
  • Carry out duties in line with the Goodman Safety Management System
  • As your experience grows, additional responsibilities will be introduced to support your development

Requirements

  • Close to completing a Bachelor’s degree in property essential
  • Genuine interest in commercial and industrial property
  • Some exposure to property administration, leasing, customer service or office administration ideal
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Confident using PowerPoint and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and stay organised
  • Proactive, practical and willing to learn
  • Must hold a current driver’s licence
