Security clearance: AU Citizenship with baseline clearance is mandatory
Location: Canberra preferred (2 days onsite -hybrid) / Remote (Australia wide - quarterly travel)
Start Date: 03 August 2026
Duration: Contract until 30 June 2027 with high possibility of extension.
Working Flexibility: Flexible but prefers Hybrid in Canberra (2 days onsite)/ Remote (interstate quarterly travel).
Role Overview
NTT Data is seeking multiple motivated and outcomes-focused Business Analysts to support critical delivery initiatives within a collaborative Agile environment. This role requires a proactive professional who can build strong stakeholder relationships, facilitate discussions, gather and document business requirements, and help drive delivery outcomes across multiple concurrent projects. The successful candidate will be highly organised, comfortable working in complex environments, and capable of influencing both business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Build strong partnerships across business and technical stakeholder groups.
- Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements, user stories, processes, and acceptance criteria.
- Identify risks, issues, dependencies, and opportunities while driving outcomes proactively.
- Support backlog management, business case development, delivery roadmaps, and planning activities.
- Communicate progress, recommendations, and insights to support decision making.
- Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing Agile team culture.
Skills & Experience
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and align diverse stakeholder groups.
- Proven capability to take ownership, drive initiatives, and achieve outcomes with minimal direction.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Previous exposure to Agile delivery environments and Azure DevOps or similar platforms.
- Exposure to data, reporting, analytics, Dynamics 365, APIs, integrations, business intelligence, or large enterprise environments will be highly regarded.
