We’re looking for a talented and innovative People Project Officer to join our dynamic People Capability and Culture (P&C) team. This is your opportunity to play a key role in driving cutting-edge HR projects, improving HR systems, and contributing to the overall success of our people strategy.
As a People Project Officer, you will be at the forefront of managing high-impact projects, optimising HR systems, and collaborating across teams to drive operational efficiency. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for a variety of tasks, from overseeing system improvements to providing essential technical support, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and in line with strategic goals.
Selected Duties
- Oversee the execution of key projects, focusing on improving HR systems.
- Collaborate closely to plan project timelines and priorities in alignment with the organisation’s strategic goals.
- Provide essential technical support to end users, troubleshoot system issues, and resolve challenges quickly and effectively to minimise disruption and enhance user satisfaction.
- Oversee case management process and work alongside consultant to identify issues.
- Ensure smooth execution of HR projects and initiatives.
- Conduct research and analysis to address project issues and contribute to project briefs.

What We’re Looking For
- HR Project Experience: Proven experience in managing HR-related projects, ideally within the area of HRIS or system improvements, with a focus on optimising processes and enhancing the employee experience.
- Technical & Analytical Skills: Strong troubleshooting ability with a keen eye for identifying system issues and proposing solutions. A solid understanding of HRIS systems is highly desirable.
- Project Management Expertise: Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time, while ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus.
- Collaboration & Communication: A team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders and departments. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Research & Problem-Solving: The ability to undertake research, analyse issues, and contribute to the preparation of project briefs that facilitate informed decision-making.
- Flexibility & Adaptability: Willingness to take on a variety of tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a solutions-focused mindset.
