Join The Orange Door Ovens Murray as a Team Leader and play a pivotal role in delivering integrated, high-quality support to individuals and families experiencing family violence, as well as those needing assistance with the care, development and wellbeing of children and young people.
About the Role
As a Team Leader, you will provide day-to-day leadership, guidance and work allocation to a multidisciplinary team of practitioners from a range of partner organisations. Working within a matrix management model, you will foster collaboration, build capability and ensure the delivery of safe, effective and person-centered services.
This is a unique opportunity to influence practice across multiple agencies while supporting a skilled workforce dedicated to improving outcomes for children, families and individuals across the Ovens Murray region.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach and support a multidisciplinary team of practitioners from partner organisations.
- Coordinate daily work allocation and provide practice guidance to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Champion collaborative professional practice across The Orange Door and partner agencies.
- Build strong relationships that promote integrated, seamless responses for children, young people and families.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to strengthen and expand service quality.
- Support a positive team culture focused on excellence, accountability and shared outcomes.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of innovative, client-centered responses that meet the evolving needs of the community.
