Freelance CRM Manager

Freelance CRM Manager to join us on a part-time contract (20–25 hours per week).

You'll work closely with the Group Account Director and CRM Lead on the strategy and execution for key client accounts, delivering high-performing lifecycle campaigns that drive engagement, retention and growth.

What You'll Do

• Develop CRM and lifecycle marketing strategies.
• Build and optimise campaigns across email, SMS and marketing automation.
• Analyse performance and continuously improve results.
• Partner with clients and our Strategy, Creative and Performance teams to deliver outstanding work.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years' CRM or lifecycle marketing experience.
• Strong Marketo experience (essential)
• Experience with platforms like Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar is a bonus.
• A strategic mindset with hands-on execution skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

How We Work

This is a remote, freelance contract, averaging

20–25 hours per week. We're flexible on how you structure your week, provided you're responsive, collaborative and available during AEST business hours.
