About the role

Based primarily at our Taree clinic, you'll deliver high-quality nuclear medicine services to the local community, with ad hoc shifts at Port Macquarie for service support and PET training. Your day will include:

• Performing a broad range of nuclear medicine procedures with care and precision
• Preparing and administering radiopharmaceuticals in line with safety protocols
• Supporting patients through their scans with warmth and professionalism
• Working closely with radiologists, referrers and the wider clinical team
• Travelling between Taree and Port Macquarie as required for service coverage and training

About you

• AHPRA registration as a Medical Radiation Practitioner (Nuclear Medicine Technology)
• Bachelor of Medical Radiation Science (Nuclear Medicine) or equivalent
• Clinical nuclear medicine experience is highly regarded, and new graduates with strong clinical placements are warmly encouraged to apply
• Willingness to travel between Taree and Port Macquarie as required
• A patient-first approach and a collaborative, team-player attitude
