F & B Supervisor

The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and other food and beverage outlets. This role ensures exceptional guest service, maintains Hilton brand standards, supports and develops team members, and assists management in achieving operational and financial goals. The Supervisor leads by example, promotes a positive team culture, and ensures all health, safety, and service standards are consistently met.

• Supervise daily Food & Beverage operations.
• Lead and support team members.
• Ensure excellent guest service and brand compliance.
• Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues.
• Support training and development initiatives.
• Assist in achieving departmental targets.

• Previous Food & Beverage experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.
• Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Hotel industry experience advantageous.
