The Opportunity
This Role Will Give You The Opportunity To
- Lead and contribute to projects from concept design through to contract administration.
- Work across a range of project sectors, including education, health, science, commercial and workplace environments.
- Take ownership of day-to-day project coordination and delivery.
- Work closely with senior leaders, project teams, clients, consultants and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to design development, technical resolution and documentation packages.
- Use Revit to produce, review and coordinate drawings and project documentation.
- Mentor and support other team members as projects progress.
- Be part of a collaborative Brisbane studio with the backing of a broader national design practice.

About You
We are looking for an experienced Project Architect who has:
- A recognised qualification in architecture.
- Approximately five to ten years of professional experience within architectural practice.
- Registration as an Architect, or the ability to operate confidently at Project Architect level.
- Strong design, design development and project delivery capability.
- Solid construction knowledge and the ability to contribute to practical, buildable design outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience working across projects from briefing and concept design through to documentation, coordination and delivery.
- Strong Revit skills and the ability to produce, review and coordinate documentation.
- Experience working with clients, consultants, project managers and broader design teams.
- The ability to lead and work effectively within collaborative project teams.
- Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, accountable and team-focused approach to your work.
- A genuine interest in design quality and delivering well-considered project outcomes.
You May Currently Be
- A Project Architect looking for a new studio environment.
- A registered Architect ready to take on more project ownership.
- An experienced architectural professional stepping into broader leadership responsibilities.
- A strong Revit-capable architect with experience across complex project environments.
- Experience in education, health, science, commercial, workplace or other complex project sectors will be highly regarded.
