Role: Facilities Manager

Location: Canberra

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work as a Facilities Manager for a unique and exciting portfolio. As a Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for all compliance, maintenance and operations of a large complex site.

You will work closely with the Senior Facilities Manager to coordinate all preventative and reactive maintenance of the site whilst also undertaking CAPEX works and working to budget.

Your duties and responsibilities will be as follows:

• Manage operations of a large complex site, responsible for overseeing all preventative and reactive maintenance.
• Managing subcontractor and stakeholder relationships
• Undertake CAPEX works and associated budgets
• Regularly review contractors, to ensure service delivery and KPI’s
• Work to WHS guidelines
• Responsible for HVAC, electrical, hydraulic, fire, security, lifts, cleaning, and essential services
• Monitor financial reports and manage FM budget
• Work closely with property managers to ensure tenant delivery

We are looking for the following skills and experience:

• 3-5 years in Facilities Management
• Strong technical knowledge
• Ability to be on site in Canberra 5 days per week
• Strong relationship skills
