About the Role
We're looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join our Camellia site, where we produce high-quality yeast for bakeries across Australia. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you'll play a key role in coordinating warehouse administration, transport bookings and inventory control to ensure products are dispatched accurately and on time.
You'll be responsible for:
- Liaising with Customer Service teams, freight providers and warehouse stakeholders to ensure customer orders are delivered on time.
- Preparing and maintain dispatch paperwork and process warehouse transactions using ERP system
- Maintaining inventory accuracy through pallet control, stock reconciliation and cycle count administration.
- Providing occasional operational support within the warehouse, including forklift operation when required.
About You
The suitable candidate will possess:
- Previous experience in a warehouse administration, warehouse coordination, logistics or transport administration role.
- Experience coordinating freight, dispatches or warehouse operations.
- A current Forklift Licence and confidence operating a forklift when required.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with transport providers, customers and internal stakeholders.
- A proactive approach and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
