Package: Up to $132,567 p.a. (Base salary $43.68 – $58.59 p.h. + 12.75% superannuation)

• Provide evidence-based clinical services including detailed medication reconciliation, inpatient chart reviews, and therapeutic drug monitoring.
• Participate in consultant ward rounds and work cooperatively within a comprehensive multidisciplinary team.
• Utilize the SHPA ClinCAT framework for objective practice evaluation and structured clinical progression.
• Access dedicated Professional Development Leave and financial allowances to support post-graduate education.
• Provide foundational clinical education and operational supervision to students and pharmacy assistants.
