We're expanding our team and looking for a skilled and motivated Landscape Construction Foreman to join us.

About The Role

GreenSideUp Landscapes is seeking a highly experienced Landscape Construction Foreman to lead the delivery of large-scale, high-end residential landscape projects across Brisbane and the Moreton Bay region.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a strong professional history in landscape construction environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of assigned construction sites
  • Lead, manage, and mentor site crews
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and deliveries
  • Read and interpret plans, set-outs, and construction details
  • Ensure works are completed to program, budget, and quality standards
  • Enforce WHS systems, site compliance, and safe work practices
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, office staff, and clients
  • Proactively identify and solve on-site issues
  • Maintain professional site presentation at all times

Essential Requirements

Extensive experience as a Foreman or Senior Supervisor

Trade qualification in landscaping or construction

Experience in large-scale or high-end residential projects

Strong background in landscape works, including hardscape and structural works as well as softscapes

Proven leadership and crew management skills

Ability to run projects independently

High attention to detail and quality

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Strong understanding of WHS obligations

Ability to read plans and manage set-out confidently

White Card

Current driver's licence

Australian work rights are required for this position

Plant or machinery tickets (regarded but not essential)
