Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex ICT projects from scope through delivery
• Drive project plans, budgets, risks and key milestones
• Build strong stakeholder and vendor relationships
• Guide project teams to deliver quality outcomes
• Report progress, issues and benefits to senior leaders

Highly desirable criteria

• Deliver large-scale ICT or digital transformation projects
• Apply PRINCE2 or similar project methodologies
• Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams
• Health sector project experience

Desirable criteria

• Relevant project management qualification
• Queensland C Class driver's licence
• Willingness to travel when required
• Experience with enterprise IM/ICT programs
• Knowledge of change and benefits management

Skills and experience

• ICT project delivery across complex environments
• PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent methodology knowledge
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to lead high-performing project teams
