Recruitment Consultant | New Business | Construction & Civil

We're hiring a Recruitment Consultant to own a new desk at VP Recruit.

This is a 360 role in construction, trades and civil. You win the clients, you fill the roles. We handle the rest.

What you're walking into:

• A new desk with room to build it your way
• An existing candidate pool to work with from day one
• Full tool stack ready: CRM, ATS, sourcing platforms, laptop and phone
• Work from home, Sydney based
• $75K to $85K base + super + uncapped commission paid monthly

We're looking for someone who knows how to pick up the phone, build relationships and stay accountable without someone standing over them. Experience in labour hire or construction recruitment is a big plus. A strong sales background in any industry will also get our attention.

This isn't a managed desk. It's an opportunity to build something real inside a growing agency that already has a name in the market.
