About the Role

As Marketing Manager, you will be the driving force overseeing marketing, branding, and events across our group of brands. This role will see you utilise your creativity, strategic thinking, and organisational skills daily, with input into the overall marketing strategy across multiple brands. You'll manage a small marketing team, work closely with cross-functional teams, and play a key role in driving brand growth and lead generation across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing marketing strategies across multiple brands within the group
  • Managing multiple marketing projects and campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
  • Managing and coordinating all marketing initiatives, including advertising, promotional activities, and the development of a comprehensive marketing calendar
  • Assuming responsibility for all media (digital and social) across each brand
  • Ensuring each brand maintains an up-to-date social media presence, and developing/implementing social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Overseeing website content, landing pages, and lead generation optimisation
  • Ensuring consistency in marketing materials, activities, and campaigns across all brands and platforms, and that deadlines are met
  • Maintaining marketing governance, approval processes, and brand consistency across all brands
  • Working on weekly and monthly planning, generating analytics, and delivering digital campaigns across all digital channels (e.g., EDM, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, property portals) to build brand image and awareness
  • Preparing executive reports, analysing campaign performance, and providing recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Reporting on return on investment and key performance metrics
  • Assisting with marketing budget planning and supplier management
  • Collaborating with other teams to deliver marketing initiatives
  • Managing the email marketing annual plan, including EDM preparation, database management, execution, and analysis
  • Planning and delivering corporate events, project launches, agent events, and brand activations
  • Leading and mentoring the marketing team, including interns, while managing external suppliers and agencies
  • Leveraging AI and marketing technologies to improve efficiency, campaign delivery, and reporting
  • Ad hoc duties as required

To succeed in this role

You will have intermediate to advanced knowledge of managing digital marketing, including website development and implementation, EDMs, SEO/SEM, online advertising, listing portals, and social media.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong internet marketing data analysis skills
  • Previous Real Estate or Property Marketing experience is highly regarded
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise across multiple brands to meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail is a must
  • Business or marketing-related degree
  • Experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing strategies
  • Proven working knowledge of social media tools
  • Exposure to Chinese social media platforms (e.g., WeChat and RED/Xiaohongshu) would be advantageous, but not essential, to support marketing initiatives targeting the Chinese market
