What You Will Be Working On

Your role combines beauty expertise with exceptional customer service. You will:

• Welcome clients and assist with their comfort during visits
• Shampoo, condition and provide basic treatments under supervision
• Assist stylists with client preparation (tools and services)
• Maintain clean and organised workstations and wash areas
• Complete laundry duties, including towels and gowns
• Support day-to-day salon operations, including opening and closing tasks
• Follow salon hygiene, safety and WHS standards
• Share your growing product knowledge to help customers achieve their hair and beauty goals, creating personalized shopping experiences based on each client's unique needs
• Drive sales through your authentic passion for beauty and product expertise
