What You'll Learn and Do

• Customer Interaction: Answer phone calls and emails, and talk to customers to understand their needs and recommend the right parts.
• Parts Identification: Identify the make, model, and variations of motor vehicles and automotive equipment.
• Order Management: Regularly check databases to locate parts, order from warehouses or external suppliers, and process customer orders.
• Logistics: Collect, pack, dispatch, or deliver ordered parts.
• Inventory Management: Participate in stocktaking and update computer data.
• Customer Support: Assist customers in repairing or replacing parts.

• Drivers licence
