We're looking for an energetic, people-focused Talent Acquisition Partner to join our NSW team and play a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent. What you'll be doing
- Owning end-to-end recruitment across a diverse mix of roles within the NSW portfolio
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
- Proactively building talent pipelines and maintaining strong networks within the local market
- Creating a seamless, positive candidate experience from first contact through to onboarding
- Using data and insights to drive recruitment decisions and continuously improve hiring processes
- Supporting employer brand initiatives and representing the company at events, fairs, and networking opportunities
About You
- Experience working within construction, infrastructure, mining etc is desirable
- Experience in talent acquisition, internal recruitment, or agency recruitment
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at all levels
- A proactive sourcing mindset with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in people
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- A solutions‑focused attitude and the confidence to suggest new ideas and process improvements
