Summary

As a Financial Coach, you are the primary point of contact for our clients once their loan has settled. Your role is to build strong, ongoing relationships by conducting regular account reviews, monitoring progress, and providing tailored guidance to help clients achieve their financial goals. You’ll support clients through changes in their financial circumstances, answer questions about their strategy, and help them make informed decisions that keep them on track to pay off their home loan as quickly as possible. Through proactive coaching and encouragement, you’ll play a key role in helping clients maximise the benefits of the Crown Money program and become financially set for life. Responsibilities

  • Conduct Settlement Calls
  • Work with clients to setup their new home loans correctly
  • Complete 90 Day Debt Reduction Comparison
  • Setup and manage the Debt Snowball (if required)
  • Conduct Half-Yearly Reviews
  • Resolve ad-hoc client scenarios and urgent requests promptly.

  • Continually reviewing the Coaching offering, and making changes or enhancements wherever required

Experience

Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client coaching offering based on feedback and performance data.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot) and digital communication tools.
  • Competent with technology
  • Proficient with technology and digital platforms relevant to financial coaching.
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional phone and video manner.
