Bar And Restaurant Manager

We're looking for an experienced Front of House Manager to join our leadership team full-time. This is a hands-on management role for someone who thrives in a busy venue, leads by example, and is just as comfortable behind the bar as they are running the floor.

What you'll be doing

• Leading all front of house operations during service
• Managing and motivating the FOH team
• Delivering exceptional customer experiences every shift
• Working confidently behind the bar, preparing quality cocktails and managing beverage service
• Opening and closing the venue
• Managing staff rosters and daily floor organisation
• Training and developing team members
• Monitoring service standards and maintaining a positive team culture
• Handling customer feedback professionally
• Working closely with the kitchen and management team to ensure smooth service
• Stock control, ordering and general venue operations

About The Candidate

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a management or supervisory hospitality role
• Strong bartending experience, including cocktails
• Outstanding leadership and communication skills
• A calm, organised approach during busy services
• A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
• Excellent knowledge of RSA requirements
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Full Australian working rights
