Nyrstar Australia’s Commercial team is on the lookout for a motivated and detail-oriented

Logistics Officer to help drive success and efficiency in our daily operations.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in overseeing logistics, managing administrative responsibilities, and ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of daily activities.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing and improving the invoicing process to keep it smooth and efficient.
• Tracking and achieving key invoice control KPIs.
• Handling Tasmanian Freight Equalisation Scheme (TFES) claims.
• Performing data entry, master data management.
• Support operational aspects of the Commercial team from order entry to final invoicing
• Manage delivery of byproducts to our customers

What You’ll Bring

• Relevant qualifications in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field are highly regarded
• Minimum 2 years of experience in administration and logistics, preferably supporting a large organisation.
• Flexible and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Solid skills in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with SAP experience highly regarded.
