A successful Workforce Development Business Partner should have:

• Relevant qualifications in human resources, organisational development, or a related field.
• Proven experience in workforce planning and development within a professional setting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret workforce data effectively.
• Knowledge of relevant employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency in using HR systems and tools to support workforce planning activities.

Experience in the education sector would be highly desirable.
