Company Description

The role

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with administrative/client services experience to join our team as the Client Services Co-ordinator.

Comprehensive onboarding and support will be provided.

Your responsibilities include:

  • All functions of the client experience at Pepper Kids
  • Handling any client concerns & complaints
  • Daily email management, opening, forwarding, actioning, and filing as required
  • Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments
  • Managing bookings and cancellations
  • Document management
  • Managing client and staff queries and concerns in collaboration with the Clinic Manager
  • Data input and maintenance for our practice management software
  • Other ad hoc tasks as required

The hours

Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.30pm

Short-day Fridays (either finish at lunch or start at lunch)

Pepper Kids Therapy is an allied health practice that provides a holistic approach to client care through speech pathology, occupational therapy, and psychology.

To be considered for the position, you will need a minimum of 2 years' experience in an admin role in a fast-paced environment and be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Ability to prioritise tasks
  • Energetic, flexible and independent
