Your new role

Reporting to a senior finance leader, you will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong financial controls, and ensuring statutory compliance, while also supporting budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and business planning activities. Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, you will provide financial analysis and commercial insights to support decision-making, conduct variance and cost analysis, assist with financial modelling and capital expenditure reporting, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across financial systems, processes, and reporting frameworks.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful, you will have experience in financial or management accounting, with strong skills across financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations, and financial analysis. You will hold tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance and be CA/CPA qualified or working towards completion. Strong Excel and financial systems experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders while managing competing priorities will be essential.
