COMMERCIAL SOLICITOR (2-4 YEARS PAE)
An exciting opportunity is available for a Solicitor or an Associate (2-4 years PAE - however we encourage all solicitors apply). A background in Leasing, Franchise law, Trade Mark law and business conveyancing will be highly advantageous. Most importantly, however, we are looking for a pragmatic, professional and client focused lawyer. Some experience with litigation is also a benefit however please note IP Partnership is a commercial law firm, so the role would predominately involve contract drafting and contract review.
