Are you an organised and proactive administrator with a background in Early Childhood Education? We're looking for a passionate Centre Administrator to join the team at Journey Early Learning and play an integral role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our centre.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with ECE experience who enjoys building relationships, keeping things running smoothly and supporting both families and educators to create exceptional experiences.

About the Role

As our Centre Administrator, you'll be the welcoming face of the centre while providing administrative support to the Centre Leadership Team. From managing enquiries and enrolments to maintaining compliance records and supporting daily operations, you'll help ensure everything runs efficiently behind the scenes.

Working closely with educators, families and the leadership team, you'll contribute to a positive and professional environment where children and families feel welcomed and supported from the moment they walk through the door.

About You

Previous administration or customer service experience, ideally within an Early Childhood Education setting

Certificate III, Diploma or previous experience in Early Childhood Education and Care highly regarded

Exceptional organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detail

Confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with families, educators and stakeholders

A proactive, positive attitude and a genuine passion for supporting children, families and educators
