Are you an enthusiastic HR professional eager to make a difference? We’re looking for a passionate individual to join our People Experience team as a Human Resources Officer in a full-time, permanent role, based in our CBD office.
In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting our team members and leaders by handling a variety of HR tasks with care and precision. We take pride in delivering exceptional service to our clients, stakeholders, and team.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle HR requests, onboarding/offboarding, and employment agreements with attention to detail.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for transactional HR queries.
- Develop and deliver compliant employment contracts and related documentation.
- Maintain excellent service and ensure a great candidate experience.
- Enhance HRIS systems (including UKG) and provide insightful reporting to leadership.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel)
Required Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in human resources, psychology, business management or other relevant discipline
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (P) - or be willing to obtain
- Current Working with Children Check (P) – State Equivalent - or be willing to obtain
- Right to Work in Australia
- NDIS Orientation Module – Quality, Safety & You
